RATE DETAILS:
Non-Refundable rates require 50% pre-payment at the time of booking and the remain 50% up to 5 days
prior to arrival.
The Solar Alvura Health Hotel is now working with an updated payment system for all reservations that
have been booked on a NON-REFUNDABLE rate, (this is to ensure all applicable privacy policies are
adhered to with an aim to support our guest’s safety and to offer protection of our Guests’ data).
Payments can be made through this portal via VISA or MASTERCARD

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of a reservation booked upon a Non-Refundable rate, if the reservation, be cancelled
after 21 days prior to arrival date we are not in the position to offer a refund. However, reservations can be
re-booked to a later date (3months) if hotel availability allows – in this instance it is important to note that charges
may apply, (this can be confirmed with the reservations team who are more than happy to support you).

OTHER INFORMATION:
The policies regarding amendments and cancellations can vary depending upon the Rate product booked
our team always remain at your disposal to answer any questions that you may have.
This is a gentle reminder that all guests must provide valid identification when checking-in at the hotel (this
can be a Passport or National ID card).
To enable guests to charge expenses to their rooms a credit card authorisation is required upon check-in.
Check-in time: 16:00 – 20:00
Check-out time: 08:00 – 11:00
We are happy to make any necessary arrangements for you, should you require an early arrival (prior to
16:00) and/or late departure (after 11:00). Please contact the team where we can make these arrangements
and explain any charges/fees for an early check-in and /or late departure.
